Even though the entire marketing of real estate has moved online, there are some essential publications in which to feature your property:
1) The “View” magazine, exclusive to Coldwell Banker agents. This publication is exciting and unique. This beautiful color magazine allows me to reach potential Buyers on the Westside, and through their distribution, Buyers from Orange County to Santa Barbara with one ad placement. This achievement is not possible for my competitors; they would have to place 10 different ads to reach the same audience. The “View” is a print publication, as well as, an online platform that allows all Coldwell Banker agents in Southern California to send links to their clients through an online interface.
2) The MLS Open House Guide is another important publication. This publication is circulated to all the agents on the Westside. Most agents pick it up from their offices on a Monday and use it as a workbook for properties to see on “Caravan” (a day designated when brokers showcase homes for other brokers). . Caravan days are scheduled on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11am-2pm. If your home is not featured in this publication.
It is my job to make sure your property is put showcased to all potential Buyers and Brokers. I only place full page ads, so my listings are very easy to find.
