Grass root activities are often overlooked by other Realtors. It includes; staging Open Houses, Multiple Open House Signs, Just Listed Flyers/Postcards sent to neighbors around your home and door knocking on neighbors homes. The goal is to set the stage for your first open house. You will typically have only two to three “real” buyers in the home who are ready to buy at the first open house. Everyone else may just be “filler.” The busier the open house, the better, it gives the home an “in-demand feel.”
